Dana has more than 30 years of experience in education, leadership, and community service. Her professional background includes serving as a school psychologist, principal, teacher, and school board president. She is an accomplished leader with expertise in organizational planning, fiscal management, community engagement, and team development. Dana has held governance leadership roles, including chairperson positions, and has extensive experience supervising staff in educational, social service, and domestic violence shelter settings. Known for her strategic vision, strong administrative skills, and commitment to excellence, she consistently helps organizations achieve their goals through effective planning, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. Her ability to build relationships, manage resources, and lead teams makes her a trusted and impactful leader.
Dr. Daniel A. Carmona

Daniel believes that relationships are the mission in life and in the workplace. He views emotional trauma as occurring in unhealthy relationships and healing as taking place through healthy, supportive relationships. A native of Puerto Rico and fluent Spanish speaker, Daniel is passionate about serving culturally and linguistically diverse families. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, he has served as a school psychologist, principal, teacher, and pastor. His expertise includes bilingual psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, special and general education consultation, diagnostic support services, and collaboration with school personnel and community mental health agencies. Daniel is dedicated to helping students, families, and organizations build resilience, overcome barriers, and achieve lasting success.
